Frank Proctor is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Class of 1985. He served in the U.S. Submarine Community where he earned his Gold Dolphins on board the USS Oklahoma City’s commissioning crew (SSN 723). Since leaving the Navy in 1990, Frank has spent over 20 years selling corporate insurance to mostly middle market companies with private or closely held ownership. He has experience writing accounts across a broad spectrum of industry types including healthcare, manufacturing, construction, real estate, transportation, professional services, public entities and life sciences. Throughout his tenure as an insurance executive, Frank has developed deep experience creating alternative risk financing vehicles for his clients. These include Single Parent Captives, Group Captive Programs, Joint Insurance Funds and Health Insurance Funds. This broad industry expertise led Frank to create and develop the Academy Group Captives with the enthusiastic goal of establishing the highest performing “risk pools” in the industry. |
